Ontario's Pit Bull 'ban' law

The Attorney General's Office of Ontario has compiled information on Ontario's changes to the dog owner's liability act and the 2005 statute law amendment act to public safety related to dogs.  These changes are commonly referred to as the "Pit Bull 'ban' Law" in the media.

Doctors urge prenatal screening

A group of doctors is urging routine screenings for infections that can cause blindness and brain damage in babies and can be caused when pregnant women clean a cat litter box, gardens or eat raw eggs or meat.
